This striking sepia-toned cover features an archival photograph of the South Perth Ugly Men's Voluntary Association – a group of enterprising and kind-hearted local lads formed to raise funds and lend practical assistance to returning veterans and their families after World War I – alongside a $2 Repatriation coloured commemorative coin and a $1.20 "For Service and Sacrifice" poppy Australia Post stamp.
